In practice
BatchData does contact enrichment better than almost anyone, and its property records are deep. It is a prospecting API. The Bricked API starts where prospecting ends, and turns each address into a finished underwrite your system can act on.
The BatchData response tells you who to call and what the model thinks the house is worth. Bricked tells you what to offer when they answer.
BatchData valuations are AVMs with confidence grades. Bricked valuations are ARV and as-is value, supported by condition-scored comps you can inspect.
The BatchData payload contains no repair line items. Every Bricked response includes an itemized repair budget and its total.
